About

Revenue operations, demystified.

Silver Sharps Studio helps founders and mission-driven teams start, run, and optimize the business behind the mission — pairing enterprise-grade RevOps with a bias for community, access, and shared progress.

Our mission

Democratize the strategic knowledge that grows companies — and put it in the hands of people changing local communities and the world.

We believe growth is strongest when it's collaborative, inclusive, and thoughtfully designed. Most founders don't need another tool — they need a clear operating picture, the right playbook at the right moment, and someone who's already done the hard part.

Silver Sharps Studio super-connects the resources — specialists, systems, tooling, capital — that turn scrappy execution into scalable impact.

What we do

Four ways we show up.

RevOps advisory & builds

Project-based support across sales, marketing, and customer success — from forecasting to systems.

Business Development & Partnerships

Helping startups close their first B2B deal, amplify existing sales, and build ambassador, channel, and strategic partnership programs that fuel launch momentum.

Incubating mission-driven ventures

Backing early founders and non-profits with playbooks, tools, and a network of vetted specialists.

Community bridge

Connecting people, technology, and shared infrastructure so impact scales beyond any one organization.

Our specialty

We defragment businesses.

Most stuck operations aren't broken — they're fragmented. Duplicate tools, orphaned data, tribal knowledge, cadences no one owns. We consolidate, modernize, and rewire the pieces into one operating engine — a centralized super engine your team can actually run.

Brad Hayden

Founder · Silver Sharps Studio

Brad founded Silver Sharps Studio to make revenue operations less mysterious — and more useful — for the founders actually building something. Over 20+ years in enterprise sales and RevOps, he's optimized processes across sales, marketing, and customer success, co-founded two 501(c)(3) non-profits, and built startups and Airbnb real estate ventures from the ground up.

His work sits at the intersection of sales strategy, forecasting, operational excellence, and AI-enabled optimization — helping organizations grow predictably and sustainably across hardware, SaaS, software, and subscription models.

What drives him: sharing that strategic knowledge with entrepreneurs changing local communities and the world, and super-connecting resources that create new solutions with real impact.

Revenue Growth

At Dell Technologies, helped scale strategic accounts to $1B ARR through disciplined account strategy and CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment). At Amazon, led a strategic sales program leveraging Direct-Response TV — amplifying brand awareness and accelerating multi-channel revenue growth.

Operational Excellence

Optimized global inventory, forecasting, and shipment models to save millions in logistics and operational costs across large, complex organizations. Recognized at Dell with a Gold Award for channel inventory optimization, alongside achieving 96% forecast accuracy.

Servant Leadership

Over 4+ years, led sales and business development teams of up to 15 reps — consistently driving 120%+ quota attainment through enablement, trust, and a performance-driven culture.

AI & Innovation

Six years selling and applying AI solutions to streamline revenue operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance customer engagement — helping organizations move from reactive execution to intelligent, scalable systems.

Community & belonging

Beyond his professional work, Brad is deeply committed to community, access, and shared progress. He's co-founded two 501(c)(3) non-profits and serves as a Chair for Austin Leader Council with StartOut, Out in AI Co-Founder, and as an Out in Tech member — supporting LGBTQIA+ founders, technologists, and non-profits as they navigate growth, innovation, and access to opportunity.

Through his ongoing Community Bridge initiative, he focuses on bringing organizations together — connecting people, technology, and shared infrastructure to reduce fragmentation, modernize operations, and unlock scalable impact. That same connector mindset drives the studio's business development and partnerships work: helping founders close first B2B deals, amplify sales, build strategic partnerships, and launch ambassador programs that turn early customers into passionate advocates.

He's energized by complex problems, systems that scale, and leaders who believe growth is strongest when it's collaborative, inclusive, and thoughtfully designed.
