What we collect
The only information we actively collect is what you type into our contact form: your name, and optionally your title, company, email address, and message. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal categories anywhere on this site.
Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser user agent) in order to serve pages and protect against abuse.
Why we collect it
We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to continue that conversation about working together. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.
How it is handled
When you submit the contact form, the contents are emailed to Silver Sharps Studio and a record is stored in our backend so that the message is not lost in transit. Access is limited to the studio.
We use third-party providers to host this site, store data, and deliver email. Those providers process the information solely to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. If a conversation goes nowhere, we remove the record during routine cleanup.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send that request through the contact form and we will action it. If you received email from us and no longer want it, use the unsubscribe link in that email.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site tracking pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page before doing so.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and operators. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions about privacy, security, or a data request can be sent through the contact form.
